Spectral Line Calibration

Below is a draft memo (Word format) which contains, as of Nov. 2001, the suggested routines for the calibration of GBT data. Due to the large number of equations, and the fact that most browsers do not handle the WW3 math extensions, it is impractical to render the document in HTML. Thus, editing the file will require downloading the Word file, editing the file in Word (requires Equation Editor), and reattaching the modified document. This is a process fraught with possible pitfalls. Any ideas on how to make the sharing and editing of the file simpler and less error prone would be appreciated.
