  • Support scientists should be fully aware of proper policies for using regular, production-version software versus using test software (e.g. gfm-test). Test software should NEVER be used with visiting observers because it changes DAILY and new bugs are often introduced and worked out - which is the purpose of the testbed. There is no way to guarantee consistency between observing sessions.
