The Lockout/Tagout is designed to completely disable the subreflector from moving. The Lockout/Tagout will be used to prevent motion when service is required for repairs.

| 1 | At the Feed Arm Servo Cabinet, locate the subreflector yellow lockout button which will say, Sub-Ref Axis lockout. |
| 2 | Push the yellow lockout button in. This will cut off power to the subreflector only. |
| 3 | A lock will be placed on the latch that is now over the button. The locks can be found in the red Lockout/Tagout box next to the phone. With the lock will be a tag explaining who is working on the subrefletor and the reason why. |
