The Lockout/Tagout is designed to completely disable the Turret from moving. The Lockout/Tagout will be used to prevent motion when service is required.

1 At the SCU Cabinet, locate the Turret yellow lockout button which will say, Turret Lockout.
2 Push the yellow button in. This will cut off power to the turret only.
3 A lock will be placed on the latch that is now over the yellow button. The locks can be found in the red Lockout/Tagout box next to the phone. With the lock will be a tag explaining who is working on the turret and the reason why.

The breaker for the Turret will be in the receiver room. This breaker is on the Feed Arm Servo Cabinet. ( Filter Box or SCU cabinet ). D15 breaker ( switch ) turns the whole cabinet off and D17 breaker ( switch ) turns off the equipment for the lasres and the receiver equipment. These two breakers are in the grey panel box on the wall seperate from the Feed Arm Servo Cabinet.

Lockout/Tagout for Turret

General

The Lockout/Tagout is designed to completely disable the Turret from moving. The Lockout/Tagout will be used to prevent motion when service is required.
