SUB 17 DEGREE OBSERVING

General

  • Use the link below to access procedures for reducing the antenna axis rates when the air temperature drops below 17F.

  • Also included, are steps for reducing the elevation rate to half speed when multiple elevation drives are offline.

  • Contact the GBT Supervisor or division head as necessary. For software problems concerning the servo system, contact Joe Brandt.
