• Picnic was a great SUCCESS!!! Thanks to everyone! * entertainment was good. * food was good (We ordered food for 80% of count. There was plenty of food). * games were good (Need NRAO soccor balls).
• Need to get a final count ( maybe next year split gate keeping time in half and pay in half as well)

New Business

• Next years picnic will be the last weekend in July == July 26, 2008. (Carla moved, DJ. Seconded, unanimous)
• Adult Halloween Party Oct 27, Entertainment will be D.C. Riggs
• This year we want to have a Haunted House, Sue will check on employee interest.
