They are also thinking of a potluck dinner with the recboard monies going towards the purchase of hamburgers, hotdogs and drinks. • Carla is going to ask Jay to discuss the monies from the wellness fund with Christine Plumley and to provide a spending plan.

Paintball Purchase Suggestions

• John Ford presented the cost of buying paintball equipment. It is approximately $100 per set and a total of 6 sets would be adequate. We would also need a kit for C02 which is approximately $100. Total cost would be around $700. It was also suggested that the rec board buy paint balls and then sell them at cost to members. Since this was not part of our 2008 budget, we will need to do this out of carryover funds or plan it into our 2009 budget and purchase the equipment in fiscal year 2009. We left this decision/vote until next meeting.

Picnic Planning
