The Hermitage is unexpectedly shut. This means that we will need a backup plan for accomodation.
A couple of possibilities exist
- 1) Utilise motels in Marlinton, this is a bit of a long drive but not unrealistic.
- 2) We can talk to the new Hermitage owners and offer them a guaranteed number of guests if they open early. N.B. Our students will not require the restaurant there.
- 3) We should offer the bunkhouse as possible accomodation to students, this will save some money for some of the students.
Three 2 hour slots, maybe with a group discussion beforehand? How are we going to do this?
