- When will GBT have a stable Science Data Model (SDM)?
- When will GBT have a stable export data format for the archive, and what will it be?
- Why is it that all the other projects have "offline data processing" and "online (pipeline) data processing" focus but GBT does not?
- Why are we not adopting ALMA common software right now?
- Learning curve and ramp-up significant, although 3 staff members have already received training
- Footprint (300 MB) still too big; we need to use ACS-Lighter that is being developed for AIPS++ reengineering
- Maintaining ACS locally will require at least 1 FTE; we do not have that at present
- Why aren't we making sure our single-dish development will be useful to ALMA?
- Why aren't we making more use of ALMA single-dish software development?
- Why don't we make more use of other GB staff scientists/scientists from other NRAO sites?

- I presume Nicoles overview will cover the five areas, I think resource allocations are vital, and should be covered
at the beginning and the end (perhaps with different titles). We need to make it clear we are still understaffed
for the scope of work we are trying to achieve.
I think this is a key section, and needs more than 0.5 hours.
- I hope (!) PTCS is not up for review, and is mainly a "for info" only. Can be cut back
to half an hour?
- Seems like Data Handling needs at least as much time as ease of use?
- I'd like to see Penn Array called out as a specific item.
