CLASS Beta Requests

• Where is IF info in Class Binary? Only rest frequency can be found. - it can be found using: set variable SPECTRO READ; examine skyfr
• Class binary is being written in big endian, requiring byte swapping. This is unneccessary. - set swap flag to false, and write index.code as "1A "

• BUG: offset units are wrong

• write beam info to class binary

• obtain a copy of 'gbt2class' to run on local machine.

• Enable Class command FOLD.

• Command-line option to map reference channel rest frequencies to a 'line name'. In this way, the Class binary header would have 'HI' or 'OH' instead of 'F:1420.425'.
• Class header keyword 'telescope' to contain polarization and/or beam info, instead of sampler name.
• Command-line option for specifiying what type of data to write to: 'avg', 'cal', or 'raw'. See Data.Sdfits for details (note: if Data.Sdfits documentation is not up to date, 'int' = 'cal', and 'state' = 'raw'). Currently, the Class Beta program writes 'cal', or calibrated data to the Class Binary file.
