Scenarios for testing source catalogs.

Ideally we would like to test all the following:

all coordmodes (J2000, B1950, JMEAN, GAPPT, GALACTIC, HADEC, AZEL, ENCODER)
all scan types (AutoPeakFocus, DecLatMap(w/wo Ref), RALongMap(w/wo Ref), Nod, OffOn, OnOff, Peak, PointMap(w/wo Ref), Slew, Tip, Track)
standard catalogs, user catalogs, in-line catalogs, multiple catalogs.
user keywords
keywords statements and column heads.
test defaults

TEST FILES

   A. AZEL, ENCODER, HADEC; Slew, Track, OnOff, and new form of TIP : 
        /users/fghigo/GBT/sctest/azhatest.turtle

   B. J2000, B1950; OnOff and PointMap: HI in galaxies :

   C. Galactic, J2000, B1950; Peak, AutoPeak, Nod :
