• Modify the parameter names:
  1. BiasDefaultDac
  2. BiasOperatingDac
  3. BiasOutputPath
  4. BiasTowerLatency
• Change 300 to 3000
• Create output file name based on timestamp.
• Verify that Stop works.
• Add function headers and comments.
• Add robust error handling and possibly messages.
• Find out why _read_DetBias_config seems to be called twice.
