• Cull ObservingToolsRequests - a lot of that stuff is out of date
• Check recent grail fix. SC set to a certain coordinate system, but try to slew to a src in a catalog in other coordinates, and there are problems (Toney).
• Can't save invalid SBs. Scott & Richard sometimes want to be able to work on an SB, look at another one, cut and paste, and so forth. Richard calls the "Save to File" step a workaround. Possible solution is for db to track whether the SB is valid or invalid, shows up but is indicated as "not executable" if invalid.
