Dynamic Scheduling

place IF number column in SDFITS. This will get rid of the need for the horrible code in SDFITS and GBTIDL for determining IF numbers from the SDFITS product.
Investigate Pyfits vs. cfitsio swig
Move more fits writing classes into api directories
an app that moves data from SDFITS straight to class.
redesign project api so that timestamp is the unique identifier, not scan.

get rid of system calls now that memory leak is fixed. This will save the Project init overhead for every scan.
make online filler fill available integrations for long scans before the end of the scan
make an entry point for the online filler in gbt/daemon DONE
make online filler use new state engine API DONE
update online filler wiki pages for both operators and Bob. DONE: see OnlineSdfits for operators, and OnlineSdfitsDesign for programmers.

fix confusion over /home/sparrow/bin (do this with Mark)
