Users Guide for Scheduling Block Based Observing with Astrid

Astrid (the "Astronomer's Integrated Desktop") is the new observing portal for the GBT. This is a preliminary attempt to provide a guide for the user to writing Scheduling Blocks in this new system, with some examples.

- First, the user needs to have figured out what modes of observing are needed, i.e., what receiver, backend, backend modes, observing frequencies, bandwidths, what scan types, and so on.

All a bit overwhelming, isn't it? One should be warned that the Configuration examples are not in the right format to be used in Astrid, but they do show how the keywords are used. To use the configuration examples in Astrid, remove all the "g." from the beginning of each line.
