Observing Notes

Beautiful calm clear weather!

We had a hell of a time getting started (1.5 hours lost) due to
problems with the scan coordinator which persisted.  Basically config
tool (via grail) was failing to talk to scan coordinator.  we
restarted grail and that didn't help.  we restearted scancoord and
that did.  But then when we started observing, astrid would get to the
first actual scan and hang; it also said GBT state="unknown". Mark
determined that the scan coordinator problems had caused a project to
be created with no scan log which hung astrid.

s.2-5 peak w/dcr
s.6 focus
s.7-10 2nd peak
s.11 foc

DCR scan 11 focus looks really screwy. I wasn't yet in raw mode.
s.12 otfnod w/ccb (with cal)

s.14 ccb otfnod (no cal)

IT would be nice to have blue "IF widget boxes" in the CCB cleo screen

We have some errors in the turtle window--

GFM errs -- scans 20 -32 (all ccb). 33 is ok (dcr)
