Observing News -- Ron

We supported 21 projects in 33 observing sessions, including 1 VLB run. The telescope was also scheduled for 15.5 hrs of PTCS tests, 16.5 hrs of maintenance, and 1.5 hrs of receiver checkout/SCAL/RFI observations, and 1.5 hrs of tests of subreflector nodding at Q-band. We were at half speed due to low temperatures for about 8.5 hrs. Lost time was 5.8 hrs (3.8%) and was due to:

The GFM lost time was longer than it needed to since Frank considered best that the programmers try to diagnose the problem while it was happening. There was a few observer/staff disconnects that produced the lost time due to human errors.
