ADDING ASTRID OBSERVERS AND PROJECT IDs TO THE OBSERVATION MANAGEMENT DATABASE
Use the following procedures to add observer and/or project IDs to the Astrid observation management database when they are missing and software division personnel are not available.
- The scripts check the database for current Project IDs and observer names to prevent duplicate entries.
- The character ^ is used to emphasize spaces between dialog elements.
