Lockout/Tagout for Subreflector

General

The Lockout/Tagout is designed to completely disable the subreflector from moving. Lockout/Tagout will be used to prevent motion when service is required or for repairs.

STEP ACTION
1 At the SCU Cabinet, locate the subreflector yellow lockout button marked Sub-Ref Axis lockout.
2 Push the yellow lockout button IN (cuts off power to the subreflector only)
3 Place a lock on the latch moved over the button. Locks can be found in the red Lockout/Tagout box next to the phone. Include with the lock a tag explaining who is working on the subrefletor and why.
