| 1 | Turn off manlift #2 480 volt breaker. This breaker is located at the 4th level alidade or the first level of the upper manlift at the end of the cat walk. The breaker is clearly marked, 480 volts. |
| 2 | Pull the handle down. There is only one handle on this box and it is marked Service Disconnect. This will cut off power to the manlift. |
| 3 | Place a lock through the handle to prevent it from being moved or turned back on. Include a tag with the lock explaining who is working on the manlift and the why. |
