TPTCSOOF_080509

Goals:

• Test MR 8C308 in M&C version 8.3 by dumping the active surface actuator positions, dialing in a bump in the dish, dumping them again, and comparing their difference. Obtain an OOF map at highest frequency suitable to the weather. Confirm that active surface returns to same position when reverting back to M&C version 8.1

• Difference in commanded positions between 2255 and 2329 (i.e. showing essentially no difference between M&C version 8.3 and 8.1)
• Difference in actual positions between 2255 and 2329 (i.e. showing small difference after moving to and returning from the zero positions due to the reboot)
• Phase map output by OOF software from the Ku map (i.e. showing the bump in the right place)
