Skies mostly clear and calm at start
Called Joe Brandt to confirm that the inclinometers and accelerometers were working.  He reports "yes", except for
the temperature of one of the inclinometers, which is a known problem.

05:40 UT:  Finish final focus scan = scan 225,  az coverage is 0 to 320, el coverage is 20 to 80.
