Goal: Slow AZ SCANS

Note: Data taken from Sep 3, 2007 through noon Sep 20, 2007 have the Antenna manager bug which causes the OBSC_EL column in the Antenna FITS file to be uncorrected for refraction.

Note: Wind direction sensor 2 was bad starting from (at least) Sept 4, 2007

Weather: temperature slowly dropped from 20.5C to 19.4C during the azimuth scans

Got the antenna about 00:15 EDT. Donna is putting the X-band in place and rotating to AZ= -85. Starting scan "AzScansCW" at 00:30 EDT at scan number 4000.

From my notes I think these were done with offset in elevation. - Frank (29 Oct 2007)
I confirmed this by differencing the GO Fits RA/Dec with the Antenna FITS RA/Dec. Also, the scans were done at 18.3 GHz. - Todd (29 Oct 2007)
