Meeting Notes:

• Parser optimization – Agreed to place any focused effort on parser optimization on ‘hold’. Interim improvements have yielded satisfactory results and can be used for the next observing season.
• Data monitoring MR - Stand-alone Python client development under way (Ray). This is similar to the plug-in functions needed for astrid. Added data communications and plotting
• Cleo interface:
  • Brian edited MR and Ray will review and forward to Ron for execution.
  • [27-Jun update] Ron will complete 1st iteration by end of June. Ron/Brian to have an 2nd iteration design session.
• Cryogenics Control:
  • Manager version with cryo control deployed on Spider
  • Building Python scripts for sampler data
  • Cycle tests are dependent on determining why the Stage 3 thermometer is not registering (h/w or s/w)
  • Mark/Brian to review test plans for sponsor tests of MR * Tests of the signal generator anomalies on Spider are needed before analysis of the signal generator control problems.

Priority of work:

1. Data monitoring
2. Cryogenic control and monitoring.
3. Two changes are planned for ‘Bias File’ (to be delivered in Cycle #4):
   • Add DAC values to Bias Files
   • Reorder Bias File for easier review and editing. Order by columns instead of items
   • Part of MR that covers ‘load configuration’ – edits and approvals will be needed.
4. Signal generator control analysis and resolution.
