Minutes Present are Karen O'Neil, Becky Warner, D.J.Pisano and Larry Morgan

Cafeteria

• Make sure that cafeteria staff are prepared to deal with vegans/vegetarians

Larry needs to send Becky the full list of accepted participants with dietary information.

Accomodation

• • Residence Hall Single Occupancy - 49.50
  • Residence Hall Double Occupancy - 61.90
  • Mountain Quest Single Occupancy - 81.62
  • Mountain Quest Double Occupancy - 96.46

• It has been suggested that we charge everyone based on a double occupancy at MQ, this comes out at 337.61 for Saturday night through Friday night.
• Do prices include tax? Becky will check on MQ prices.
• We will announce the High MQ price (once we have tax info) and say that this will be a maximum.
• Ask for participants gender when final announcement is made.

Financial Aid

• Aid calculations should be done ASAP so that we know what we can offer participants

Miscellaneous

• Location for Banquet+Talk+music? suggested grill out at picnic area, will need shuttles. Cafeteria staff will be asked if they can cater this.
• Recreational activity? Hiking or Cass train D.J. will find out availability of Cass train on July 14th.
• Alan Dutches should be able to get band together for ~$500
• It was suggested that we have outdoor buffet lunches to avoid overcrowding the cafeteria, may need tents or just hope that it doesn't rain.

Next Meeting

• June 11th. Should have finalised list of participants by then.
