40' Observing

• Where will training sessions be? At the 40'? Is this clearly marked on the map that people will be getting? SueAnn??

Vans

• Vans from the picnic area to RH, from 9 onward (till 11?)

Registration

• Who will be there and when? 12-5pm on Sunday the 8th and 7-8.30 am Monday 9th at lobby of residence hall. Larry, DJ? So far have D.J., Larry, Sue Shears and Jules. Sue and Jules will do the Monday morning. Possibly Jessie Thompson. Send D.J. an email to see when he can be there.
• Folders? Email jose to see if AO has sent anything.
• Attendants will need to fill out cc forms, need this
• Also, will need to fill in FortySched as people arrive
• Bob Kerr, Abdulaziz Mohammed Alareedh, Call Bob, Alex Golovin and Abdulaziz. Check these wrt waivers and bunkhouse.

Banquet

• Sound system for this. Need to get everything set up and checked out.
