• Give People their folders
• Ask them to sign up for
  • a) The hike
  • b) Tour of the GBT (this says you want to actually go up to the top of the GBT, 400' up!)
• As people arrive, assign them to 40' observing groups. The observing group they are in determines which training group they are in, these are at the bottom of the form. For this they need to meet in the RH lobby at the time they are told
• People will be meeting for their hands-on project coordination meeting, these will also meet in the RH lobby at 3.30. Except for the Galactic Spectral Line project which is going to meet Monday evening.
