Integration Test #1 Report for Release 8.3

Installation

• gbtdataProc.conf needed servo monitor sampler name changes (50Hz to FastRate)
• fireProc.conf - commented PAR manager out.
• Copied greenGpibServer.conf and Agilent*.conf from /home/sim/etc/config to /home/gbt/etc/config.
• Modified /home/gbt/etc/config/system.conf MustangHost to point to green instead of spider.

PAR Testing

• Configure /home/gbt/etc/config/system.conf to set MustangHost := "green.gbt.nrao.edu".
• Ensure the Rcvr_PAR.conf is in /home/gbt/etc/config and configured to use green.
• Start the Transporter and the GPIB server on green:
  • cd /home/gbt/exec/i386-linux
  • ./Transporter
  • ./gpib_server -f greenGpibServer.conf (copied greenGpibServer.conf from /home/sim/etc/config to /home/gbt/etc/config).
• Start the manager from /home/gbt/exec/i386-linux (./Rcvr_PAR)
• Use CLEO to acquire data and verify a FITS file is written. Data for sim environment are written to /home/gbtdata/JUNK/Rcvr_PAR.

Servo Monitor Tests

LO1 Incorrect use of FREQOFF

• Setup a frequency switching scan such that the SFF_MULTIPLIER is 3, the correct sky frequencies in both SIGREF states should be as expected.

Limit DCR Integrations

• Setup a scan with tp scan with cal switching, 0.1 switch period, 5 cycles/integration;
• set the scan duration to be 25.48 seconds and run a scan.
• The value of the last timetag in the DCR fits file should be no greater than 25.0 s past the starttime.
