The scaling for humidity will be the same that is currently used for reading humidity from Weather2. The scaling for temperature will be the same that is currently used for reading Temperature #3 from Weather2.
Weather1Data structure must be augmented to include two new data members - one for humidity and one for temperature.
The monitor method of the Weather1Mgr class must be augmented to include the reading of humidity and temperature via the SIB/MCB with the appropriate addresses and scaling factors mentioned in the requirements section above.
HUMIDITY and TEMPERATURE. Both fields will be of type float. The new fields will have units of none and Celsius respectively.
gbstaff to warn of the changes to Weather1 because there are so many customers to the weather station data that warning staff is important.
gbstaff warning everyone that WT2 will be off the air on such-and-such days. The 140-ft control system uses WT2 so we need to give people enough time to get their plans ready for the WT2 outage.
