Bug in Options dialog of GFM	Start GFM. Open the Options dialog - remember all the default values. Dismiss it. Open the Options dialog. Check to see that the default values are still the same.	AmyShelton	Some observers complained that GFM was changing their processing options on them unasked when they interacted with the Options dialog. Found bug and fixed.
Disallow execution of Scheduling Blocks when GBT not in 'Ready' state	Place Scan Coordinator in state other than 'Ready' (e.g. Running) and try to submit a scheduling block via turtle (astrid). You should get a red warning message and no scheduling blocks should be allowed to execute. A green message will appear when the Scan Coordiantor state returns to 'Ready' and scheduling block execution should resume.	AmyShelton	This bug fix was introduced when an observer submitted a scheduling block when the Scan Coordinator was in the 'Aborting' state, which caused all kinds of issues with their observing that unfortunately went unnoticed.
