Testing Activities

Added a new sampler PowerSupplyMoniterData for the power supply module
Added parameters repeat and wait to allow nodding observations
Modified parameter cwsigsParams in response to small changes in how the cwsigs file is acquired.

Corrected an error in how TCal is obtained and used to calculate reported Peak values.

Highlights
- New columns added to SDFITS file and index file to record the state of the subreflector during SubNod scans
- Fixed a bug in filling Zpectrometer data, was assuming single integration per Zpectrometer backend fits file and that is no longer the case

- Uses the new subreflector state column produced by SDFITS to set SUBREF_STATE in data containers
- Allow selection on SUBREF_STATE values stored in new SUBREF index field
- Zpectrometer I/O has been substantially improved
- A bug in the plotting of negative Gaussian features (absorption) has been fixed.

Power supply 2 in the Motor Rack has a hardware problem. It always shows failed and the logs are not written.
